Richtech Robotics stock (RR): what the company builds

RR stock is Richtech Robotics Inc., a Nevada-incorporated robotics and AI company whose Class B shares trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker RR. It builds and deploys robots for food service, retail, hospitality and industrial customers, and its fiscal year ends September 30. This is general information from company filings, not investment advice.

The Three Product Lines Richtech Still Sells

The commercial side runs on three lines, per the FY2025 annual report: the Matradee server assistant robots, plus ADAM and Scorpion on beverages.

Matradee carries food from kitchen to table and dirty plates back. The 10-K says a standard deployment takes three to four hours and that the robot works fully offline.

ADAM is the dual-arm unit that mixes, shakes and pulls espresso.

Two lines are gone. The filing says Skylark was discontinued to refocus on products with better long-term profitability, and the Medbot healthcare line was dropped while the company develops new technology for that sector.

Hardware Sales Are Shrinking On Purpose

Revenue for the nine months ended June 30, 2026 was $3.9 million, against $3.6 million a year earlier, per the Q3 FY2026 10-Q.

The mix tells you more than the total. Product sales fell 45.1% to $0.9 million, while Robots-as-a-Service revenue rose to $1.1 million from $0.4 million and event services reached $1.5 million.

The accounting confirms it. That filing recognises $1.3 million under ASC 606 against $2.6 million of lease revenue under ASC 842, so most of the money now arrives as rental rather than sale.

Whether the rental base replaces the lost hardware sales is the open question, and the filing makes no forecast. The robotics stocks overview and the humanoid robot stocks roundup map the listed names around it.

Which Customers The Filings Actually Name

The quarterly report names none. It states that no single customer accounted for 10% or more of total revenue in the three or nine months ended June 30, 2026.

The annual report is more specific. A binding letter of intent with Ghost Kitchens America, dated October 16, 2024, covers exclusive rights to run 20 Walmart-located One Kitchen restaurants in Arizona, Colorado and Texas. Two had opened at filing, in Rockford, Illinois and Peachtree, Georgia.

Richtech also runs its own brand. Clouffee & Tea opened in Las Vegas in early 2025 under the Alphamax Management subsidiary, which the Q3 filing says operates a Georgia restaurant, a Las Vegas storefront and a San Francisco location in progress.

One large contract stays anonymous. A master service agreement signed April 10, 2025 is with a top-five US automotive dealership group the filing does not name. Richtech reported 55 RaaS contracts in fiscal 2025.

What The Filings Flag Against The Cash Pile

Cash is not the near-term problem. Cash and short-term investments stood at $339.6 million on June 30, 2026, up $87.7 million since the fiscal year began, helped by $105.0 million of net proceeds from new shares.

The losses are real. Net loss was $20.4 million across the nine months, better than $31.8 million a year earlier, and the June quarter carried a $9.5 million impairment of long-lived assets.

Filing discipline slipped. Nasdaq notified the company on May 22, 2026 that it was out of compliance with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) after its March 31 quarterly report missed the deadline; a compliance plan followed on July 20, 2026.

On August 21, 2026 the board authorised a repurchase of up to $12 million of Class B shares through August 21, 2027. The Serve Robotics breakdown works through the per-robot economics of a listed robot fleet.
