Clash Royale Season 2: Shipwrecked Will Go Live Soon

Clash Royale’s highly expected Season 2 has finally rolled out on August the 5th and brought the brand new Sandcastle Tower Skin for Pass Royale subscribers. The game had suffered some rather important tweaks last month with the incorporation of seasons. However, the majority of the changes were for the better.

The Season 1 has come with the new Pass Royale, a new reward setting that is essentially the corresponding of a season pass depicted by almost every other game at the moment.

With the introduction of this new system, Clash Royale changes the way Crown Chests are unlocked entirely, by providing tracks of rewards that are unlocked by getting Crown Chests. Besides receiving the regular measure of gold, troops, and, from time to time, gems, the Crown Chests in the Pass Royale also comes with cosmetics and other items, such as unlimited entry to special challenges.

The most impressive thing is, however, the cosmetics. Fascinating tower skins and emotes are accessible at different levels of the paid-for track Pass Royale. The Season 1 came with two special cosmetics: the shark tank tower skin and a fish emote.

With the Season 2: Shipwrecked slowly approaching its release date, Supercell has revealed the new cosmetics that will come with it and will be accessible with Pass Royale. To better enjoy our summer, Season 2 will teleport us to Shipwreck Island, a fascinating, tropical beach that will be the background of a terrible Clash Royale battle. This region is where players will spend the majority of their time during the second season of the game.

Season 2 will also feature 35 new reward tiers to open up. The Sandcastle tower skin will be available to unlock at reward tier 30. The pirate-inspired King emote, which is the first of this kind since Clash Royale was released back in 2016, will also be available. Other tiers will feature gold, chests, and so on, including an ensured Legendary at tier 35.

Season 2’s Pass Royale sports the price tag of $4.99. The new season will officially go live on August the 5th and will bring numerous challenges such as Wall Breakers: Island Rush, which as shortly teased in the game studio’s announcement video.
