Rendered Google Pixel 4 Photo Displays a Big Bezel

A new update on July 12 at 9:57 am ET says Google Pixel 4 leak is a render. Google’s leak for the Pixel 4 was only a photo from the back, and what at first seemed like a real picture of Google’s new flagship that emerged on Slashleaks, turned out to be just a render made by a fan. If you’ve seen the photo, you might be relieved, because that’s not a well-made design.

Sneaky Details

A keen eye will see that the forehead bezel of the phone is on the broadside and it shelters two front-facing cameras. The bottom bezel appears to be bulky and solid but not as much as the top.

The back of the phone shows a square bump with the cameras and the flash. This design looks to be incorporated from Apple’s iPhone 11.

More details show a power button and some volume rockers on the right side, so if any rumors are going around about the Pixel 4 not having any of these, then its a joke.

A “Bezelless” Future Ahead

Looking at the render for the Pixel 4 and the fully released OnePlus 7 Pro you’ll notice that the screen design on the 7 Pro is flawless; it defines premium quality. The only downside, for some, might be the pop-up camera that might get broken over time, but I’d prefer that than the dull-looking render for the Pixel 4!

Some other smartphone makers, such as Xiaomi or Oppo, are trying to get rid of the bezel that monopolized the smartphone market these days. The way they’re trying to do this is by incorporating the front-facing camera into the display, offering the customers a full display experience. Samsung is also working on a similar innovation, but they admitted it would not be present in the Galaxy Note 10’s specifications.
